All phones provisioned by Vostron should automatically update themseves at their next power cycle.
If you wish to force an update, simply remove power to the telephone for 5-10 seconds and reapply, the phone should automatically refresh its configuration and upgrade itself to the most recent firmware. Please *do not* power off or otherwise disturb the phone whilst it's upgrading, as this may destroy the phone!
You can check the current running firmware version of your SNOM300/320 phone by pressing the down arrow until you reach the 'Information' menu and then the right arrow until you reach the 'Version' menu. Pressing tick will show you the hardware model and firmware version.
You can check the current running firmware version of your SNOM360 phone by pressing the '?' or 'help' button once. This should show you the phone model, firmware version, IP address and MAC addresses of the phone. It's always wise to include this information with any support requests also!

Wednesday, 22 August 2007 |
Please be advised that the Vostron mail platform is currently suffering some delays processing mail due to a heavy spam attack against one of our customers.
We've attempted to filter out the attacking addresses and hopefully delivery times should return to normal soon. |
