Virgin Media/NTL are having core network issue, customers connected via Virgin or NTL circuits are expeciancing intermittent connectivity.
Virgin/NTL are racing to fix this problem and we are working closely with them to ensure service is resumed ASAP to all affected customers.
Update: Normal service has been restored, although we shall continue to monitor these circuits throughout the evening, and over the night. |
